Description:
Currently, {{EnumerableMergeJoin}} only supports INNER joins. The goal of this
ticket is to improve this join operator in order to support SEMI joins too.
Note: {{RelMdCollation#mergeJoin}} will need to be modified too: in case of
SEMI join, it must return just the {{leftCollations}}.
