* Apologies, I would be more careful and descriptive while creating JIRA.
* Should we add validation to prevent sub task creation when the issue is
resolved.
* Should we also add additional custom field in JIRA like "Sql Examples" which
can be filled when creating JIRA if it is applicable.
* Anything I can do so that this doesn't happen with anybody else?
