Description:
Relational expression *Exchange* has a *distribution* field. When serializing
to/from json this field can not be serialized properly.
The distribution field is a *RelDistribution* which contains a type and a list
of key indexes.
Add methods to RelJson:
{code}
RelDistribution toDistribution(Map<String, Object> map){...}
Object toJson(RelDistribution relDistribution) {...}
