[~hyuan] I would like to work on it. The description is a little unclear. I'm
not sure if my understanding is correct. By setting overwrite = true, the
original XML file will be overwritten before each test run. For example
RelOptRulesTest.xml , if the understanding is not correct, please help to
correct.
