[~julianhyde], thanks for your input! I thought that it was invalid but just
wasn't able to find a source that stated explicitly that the view of a WITH
clause needed to be selected from again. Going by the examples in
[https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/reference/standard-sql/query-syntax] I
believe this query is invalid.
