[~julianhyde] I think hint and configuration may be the same thing: a switch to
this case. IMHO, a hint in that place is quite weird, and in our case, it's
quite difficult to convenience users to change their SQL, only we can do this
in the background, change a config is easier than add a hint to SQL for our
program.
