For the index of a {{RexFieldAccess}}, the correct range should be {{[0, 
refType.getFieldList().size() )}}.
However, according to the current implementation of 
{{RexChecker#visitFieldAccess}}, the valid range is {{[0, 
refType.getFieldList().size() ]}}
