Do you know whether this issue occurs if the table function is in the FROM
clause (i.e. a regular sub-query, not a scalar sub-query)? If you use two
different columns from the same table, e.g. {{emp.empno}} and {{emp.deptno}},
does Calcite now use one correlating variable for both?
