[~zabetak], Thank you for looking into it. So, RelOptRulesTest.checkSubQuery
should use the addRuleCollection call instead of the addRuleInstance so the
test harnesses correctly matches the behavior of the main code. However, to go
forward with merging this particular patch, no further changes are necessary.
