Avatica 1.20.0 has been released (commit
[8f837755|https://github.com/apache/calcite-avatica/commit/8f8377551e7b07dbc6119ecf196942bc99834452],
official release date 2021-12-13).
Regarding credit. Let the record show that I was the release manager (which
means that I sent emails and nagged people), [~zabetak] fixed the crucial bug,
[~elserj] gave a lot of help and support (including writing a draft of the
release notes), and a total of seven committers and PMC members reviewed and
voted on the release over a weekend. A lot of people rely on us to keep their
applications secure. I am proud that we rose to the challenge.
