i reviewed the PR and [~nobigo]'s extensions. Looks good.
The one thing missing is documentation. I'd add to the [dialect-specific
operator
table|https://calcite.apache.org/docs/reference.html#dialect-specific-operators],
but, like "::", also add to precedence and comparison operators sections.
Make sure there is a parser test that checks the precedence when it appears
next to an operator with slightly higher or lower precedence.
