As the migration for calcite-avatica-go was successful, I suggest that we make
the changes for both calcite and calcite-avatica together by having infra
rename the repos in one ticket. To minimize disruption, the commits for calcite
and calcite-avatica can be prepared before infra renames the branch and then
immediately pushed to Github as soon as the branches have been renamed.
