Description:
The release no longer builds after upgrading to Gradle 7.4.2.
The build fails with this message:

FAILURE: Build failed with an exception.

Could not determine the dependencies of task ':stageSvnDist'.
> Could not resolve all dependencies for configuration ':releaseSignatures'.
