Normal pushing is preferred. If git requires you to force-push that will be
because you have squashed or rebased; those operations are are discouraged
because they make it difficult for reviewers to incrementally review PRs.
Sometimes a reviewer will ask you to squash or rebase, but please don't do it
otherwise.
