Please update the description so that this case works as a specification. A
short description and simple example would suffice. You could also reference
BigQuery documentation.
It is not reasonable to assume that the user is already familiar with these
functions, nor is it reasonable to expect the user to read the test cases you
added in order to deduce the behavior of the function.
