Summary: SCALAR_QUERY is nested within SCALAR_QUERY, and the inner
SCALAR_QUERY is an associative subquery that references a variable of the
external query, sql to rel will make mistakes (was: SCALAR_QUERY is nested
within SCALAR_QUERY, and the inner SCALAR_QUERY is an associative subquery that
references a variable of the external query, sql to rel will fail)
