[~oliverlee], Do you not expect EXTRACT to occur inside an INTERVAL expression? 
Or TRANSLATE, OVERLAY or FLOOR? Obviously, there are many bugs similar to this 
one. You can't just stop at CAST for an arbitrary reason. You need to figure 
out where to stop.
