[~libenchao] Thanks for your advice, I have proposed similar ideas before in
another Jira. I think it is better for organizing our Jira. However there would
be a lot of subtasks under the umbrella Jira and this Jira may span a very long
time is we do so. I am not sure it is a good idea, I want to hear other
people's opinions.
