Description:
Add HEX and UNHEX functions (enabled in Hive and Spark library)
* HEX: Converts a BIGINT/CHARACTER/BINARY into a hexadecimal CHARACTER.
* UNHEX: Converts a hexadecimal-encoded CHARACTER into BINARY format.
