Description:
Add HYPOT function (enabled in Spark library)
HYPOT: returns sqrt(x(2 )+ y(2)) without intermediate overflow or underflow.
For example:
{code:sql}
SELECT hypot(3, 4);
> 5.0
{code}

Note that I have checked there is no function with the same name in
MySQL/PostgreSQL/Hive/Oracle.
