There's a comment at the top saying that it is sorted. You are not the first to
have failed to put your name in sorted order, but you are the most egregious
offender.
Developers appending to a file is a pet peeve of mine. It creates a 'hot spot'
that is prone to merge conflicts. As a general rule, don't do it.
