Close this jira. Keep the PR, just remove the jira case from the commit
message.
I think it’s sufficient to change “java.base” to “java.sql”. HTML will
url-encode automatically.
Commit message should be simply “Broken link in tutorial”.
Rule of thumb. If it’s a one line fix and no test is necessary/possible then it
probably doesn’t need a jira case.
