have added some doc, and fixed the {{.mailmap}} file. Are those commits OK? If
so I will merge.
(By the way, I see you use {{apache.com}} in your email address rather than
{{{}apache.org{}}}. Is this intentional? ASF doesn't own the domain
{{{}apache.com{}}}.)
