For the record, we don't use the fmpp-maven-plugin in Calcite. It was replace
during the Gradle migration by an in-house Gradle plugin that we [maintain as
part of the
project|https://github.com/apache/calcite/tree/890f9adb4b9fa99e4cca144997c7392acc52389b/buildSrc/subprojects/fmpp].
