I don't think this is worth doing.
Someone might - in their clone of the Calcite repo - want to move Calcite code
into a different directory structure and different build files (e.g. Bazel) and
still want to execute all Calcite tests. (In my day job we do that kind of
thing with open source projects that we import.)
