[~jensen] I have filed INFRA-26704 to seek assistance from the Infra team at
Apache, I will see if they can give us any hints on how do debug this further.
Can you please file a second Jira ticket for the problem running the sonar
analysis locally? They are unrelated issues that can be worked on
independently, in the meantime you can probably advance on that front, the
error message you posted in the description rings a bell to me, look into Jira
and the ML as I think it has been discussed some time ago, any fix they did
might have broken the ability to run locally.
