Yes, according to [~julianhyde] , I should first use 0.12-SNAPSHOT to submit a
PR to verify that can work well, then he will release the 0.12 version, and
then the PR will switch to the 0.12 version, and it should be fine. Is that
right? You can continue to assign this task to me.
