Stamatis Zampetakis commented on CALCITE-7161: ---------------------------------------------- Enabling "Force GRADLE_USER_HOME to use workspace" is not possible at this stage cause the necessary properties for Nexus (asfNexusUsername/asfNexusPassword) are only available via the default gradle.properties file under the default user home directory. After manually cleaning the caches on node [builds23|https://ci-builds.apache.org/computer/builds23] via INFRA-27197 the job is back to normal. The [last run|https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Calcite/job/Calcite-snapshots/1504] of the Jenkins Calcite-snapshots job completed successfully so I am marking this as resolved. > Calcite-snapshots Jenkins builds fail due to corrupted caches > ------------------------------------------------------------- > > Key: CALCITE-7161 > URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CALCITE-7161 > Project: Calcite > Issue Type: Bug > Components: build > Reporter: Stamatis Zampetakis > Assignee: Stamatis Zampetakis > Priority: Major > > The [Jenkins job for publishing > snapshots|https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Calcite/job/Calcite-snapshots/] > has been failing since [September > 3|https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Calcite/job/Calcite-snapshots/1482/] with > the following error. > {noformat} > > Configure project : > Building Apache Calcite 1.41.0-SNAPSHOT > FAILURE: Build failed with an exception. > * What went wrong: > A problem occurred configuring project ':plus'. > > Could not read workspace metadata from > > /home/jenkins/.gradle/caches/8.7/kotlin-dsl/scripts/6637131df35ca0cd3a1a087b88cfadb6/metadata.bin > * Try: > > Run with --stacktrace option to get the stack trace. > > Run with --info or --debug option to get more log output. > > Get more help at https://help.gradle.org. > BUILD FAILED in 48s > 17 actionable tasks: 17 executed > {noformat} > Gradle's home cache seems to be corrupted. -- This message was sent by Atlassian Jira (v8.20.10#820010)
