The {{HepPlanner.getVertexParents()}} method is currently private.
It has the following signature:
{code}
List<HepRelVertex> HepPlanner.getVertexParents(HepRelVertex)
{code}
in which HepRelVertex is already public.
Exposing it avoids implementors redoing it in a way which is at least
redundant, if not less efficient.
My use case, which doesn't appear very exotic, is to crawl up a given plan from
the scans. I'm sure there are others.
