The previous two fixes made sure that all predicates constructed as part of
JOIN and WHERE do not have this shape.
But this case is harder: the predicate is inferred from an IN using a subquery.
I will have to think how it can be avoided, but it may be the case that it's
not really possible.
In that case the solution would be to remove the check and revert to a state
prior to all the changes in the multiple PRs in [CALCITE-7070]
