Description:
Some expressions, such as
* {{null + a/4}}
* {{a/null}}
* {{null/0}}, which gets simplified to {{null}} by PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQLite,
MariaDB, and MySQL,
are not simplified. This ticket aims to improve RexSimplify to support these
kind of statements.
