This might be tricky to implement. We would only want the Linter to fail if the
commit message contains Claude AND we are on the main branch. It is normal --
at least in how I develop Calcite code these days -- to have lots of
Claude-authored commits in a dev branch. I would not want these dev branches to
fail because of a Lint check.
