[~zwh] Thanks for the fix, and apologies for being inactive on this topic. So,
the current approach has each component (like `RelDecorrelator`) manage
correlation variable scopes on its own.
However, we now need to ensure that the preconditions for the "shadowing"
heuristic are correct. Contrary to your comment in the PR:

This is not the case. The shadowing in `findInputRel` is a heuristic that
assumes a variable inside a scope does not refer to a shadowed table from an
outer scope. With de Bruijn indexes, this issue does not exist each reference
encodes the exact distance to its binder, so there is no ambiguity. I tried to
build a case where the plan contains a variable that does refer to a shadowed
variable, which makes the heuristic invalid. This means there is a bug upstream
(inside SubQueryRemoveRule) that makes heuristic invalid -
