CALCITE-507 creates a vagrant VM with various data sets loaded. This task is to
use that VM to regularly and automatically run the whole suite, and to get the
suite to pass.
An exit constraint on a release should be that the VM tests pass 100%. (Per the
HOWTO it is already a constraint, but we have not enforced it to date.)
