Source distributions .tar.gz and .zip should contain identical files, but in
the 1.3 RC1 vote [~ndimiduk] says there is one difference:

apache-calcite-1.3.0-incubating-src-zip/
Only in apache-calcite-1.3.0-incubating-src-tgz/: git.properties{noformat}
