Create an adapter for Calcite that can read web pages via HTTP, locate HTML
tables via XPath, and convert those tables into rows. We would be able to use
wikipedia pages (for example) as data sources for queries.
[optiq-web](https://github.com/HenryOlson/optiq-web) is a project that does
this, albeit on an old version of Calcite.
