We should use the ContentTypeResolver when extracting the attachments from the
javax.mail.Message, when we receive emails.
It was at first intended to work around a Geronimo mail issue, but it can be
used to let people fixup mime times which are not to their satisfaction.
And people may expect that ContentTypeResolver to be used on the consumer side
as well. I dont think we clearly documented that it was only on producer side,
when we added it years ago.
