We upgrade to Karaf after Camel 2.9.0 because Karaf 3.0 is not released until
now and we plan to release Camel 2.9.0 in the next couple of days/weeks.
Another good reason why we should stick on the current Karaf version is because
we released Camel 2.9.0-RC1 with this version of Karaf. To change this is (in
my opinion) a much more bigger change a user would expect from Camel 2.9.0-RC1
to Camel 2.9.0.
