Thanks for the review, Claus. Now that the code is on the trunk, I will submit
a patch to override doStart/doStop instead and simply let exceptions to be
thrown naturally out of the originating method instead of dealing with them.
Just to ensure we're on the same page, in those places where compensation
actions are taken but the exception should still make it to the routing engine,
I will need to catch, compensate and rethrow, right?
