There was a tiny typo by the XSD being referenced inside
ValidatorIllegalImportTest: BroadCastMonitor.xsd instead of
BroadcastMonitor.xsd making tests pass on Windows (case-insensitive) but not on
CI-Server (Ubuntu), which is now fixed:
