Hey Frank,
nobody is working on it because it's target for Camel 3.0.0. At present we are
working on Camel 2.10.0.
If you would like to see this fixed earlier, feel free to vote for it (you has
to be logged in into JIRA to be able to vote). I think we could prepone it if
needed.
