Resolution: Fixed
There was never any traction on the discussion in the dev forum. I'm 100%
certain that components are assumed to be thread safe since Camel is a scalable
and concurrent message routing engine.
I've added appropriate warnings to the documentation about when the timeout and
SSL related URI parameters will be honored.
