@Scott,
It looks like you are doing lots of refactoring work and I cannot apply your
patch by using the patch command.
I tried to move the files by myself, but I cannot find a good way to catch up
the patch files.
Can you send me tar of the src directory instead of patch file?
I will try to fill the gap with it.
