HAPI 2.0 has been recently released. camel-hl7 should depend on this version.
Apart from this update, I made some more improvements:
* updated dependency from mina to mina2
* inject (custom) Parser instance into unmarshal
* ability to parse XML-encoded hl7
* added "Terser" language and expression to be able to extract fields from a
parsed message
* added expression to generate acknowledgement messages
* added predicate to validate a parsed message against a HAPI ValidationContext
* corrected some javadocs
