It would be great with a component for vtd-xml library which is very efficient
for xpath processing big files / payloads.
The component is being hosted at Camel extra, eg camel-vtdxml is located at
Camel Extra, due VTD-XML being GPL.
We should though add integration in camel-core DSL for the vtdxml language so
its easy to use out of the box, like we do for xquery and other languages that
are not part in the core itself.
