The idempotent consumer API should allow to pass in additional details, so
people can decide what the "key" is.
I guess some method to compute the keys. Then the file/ftp components can pass
in file/ftp details. And the EIP itself can pass in Exchange etc.
This is a slight API change so we should only introduce this in a new release.
