The documentation (http://camel.apache.org/zookeeper.html) indicates an
awaitCreation option but using it leads to an
"Unknown parameters=[{awaitCreation=true}]" error
Searching in the code its seems the correct option is "awaitExistence" which
does not lead to the parameter error.
