Yeah we should not included it in the distro. I have updated the docs to point
to download from maven central.
The standalone web console doesn't make much sense as it cannot manage any
Camel app in a container, but only what you got in the same WAR.
Camel 3.x will have a new console that is lighter and more versatile.
