We should upgrade the twitter4j in camel-twitter from 2.2.5 to 3.0.x.
There is some API changes, that means we need to change a bit of code, and as
well remove the consumer timeline/public which is no longer in the API. Use the
home or user timeline instead.
Also the trends API has changed much more.
We would need to remove the trends support, and re-add a new later.
