With this patch, the user has to build the OptionalParameter array which is
send to the SMSC.
With CAMEL-6116, we will return a Map<String, Object> to the user which
represents the send optional parameters from the SMSC. I don't like this
asymmetry. I also think the user should not have to know the JSMPP specific
objects.
I'm working on a solution where the user should provide a Map<String, Object>
with the optional parameters.
